CASH REBATE ON SHARES PURCHASES
The following is a summary of the program for a cash rebate on shares purchases:
a ) there shall be a cash rebate upon each shares purchase;
b ) this program applies to the full offering amount of $3 million;
c ) the minimum purchase to qualify is $100,000.00;
d ) the rebate shall consist of a 2% cash rebate of the purchase amount, commencing 60 days after the program goal has been reached.
MATCHING SHARES ON PURCHASES
The following is a summary of the program that provides matching shares on shares purchases:
a ) the minimum investment is $100,000.00;
b ) for each such purchase, the purchaser shall receive a 100% shares match of the same type of shares for this offering, common/voting.
